Every plan includes: call tracking and recording, a different number for each ad visitor, Facebook and Instagram lead capture, Google Ads conversion sync (no developer token needed), AI call summaries, lead scoring, pipeline, tasks and automations, online quotes, commission tracking, message templates, landing pages with Google indexing, an ad compliance checker, and reports.
Phone costs are separate and paid directly to Twilio or Vonage. A local number is typically about $1–2 a month, and calls about 1–2¢ a minute; check their sites for current prices. AI call summaries use your own OpenAI and Anthropic keys.

Do I need a developer or IT person?
No. You paste two keys from Twilio or Vonage, click the numbers you want to track, and copy one line to your website (or use a FalconEye landing page). Google Ads connects with a script you paste into your Ads account.
Why do I use my own Twilio or Vonage account?
Your numbers stay in your name, you pay carrier rates directly with no markup, and you can take them with you. FalconEye is the software layer on top.
Can I track Facebook and Instagram leads?
Yes. Connect your Facebook Page and FalconEye pulls in Lead Ads leads from Facebook and Instagram, with the campaign and ad. You can also put a tracking number or link in your bio to catch organic leads.
Can calls still ring my office phones?
Yes. Each agent's profile has the phone number to ring: a cell, a desk phone, or an office line.
Do I need a Google Ads developer token?
No. FalconEye gives you a Google Ads Script that sends conversions and pulls spend for you. A direct API connection is optional.
What happens after the trial?
We'll contact you to pick a plan and send an invoice. If you don't continue, your account is paused.
